Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Crackrebox & Suzy Stamps currently offers shipping globally. We use USPS to ship all packages. Our goal is to ship within 2 business days (Monday to Friday), from the time the order is received. However, you may experience a small delay when order quantities are higher than normal (promotions, sales, new product release, etc.). You will be charged the full amount at the time of order.

We cannot be responsible for delays that occur with the shipping carrier. 

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged once the package has left our office. Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps DOES include delivery confirmation and order tracking on every order shipping in the United States. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any packages once the USPS has accepted and scanned in your package. We cannot be responsible for delays that occur with the shipping carrier. 

Customer assumes all risk of delivery once package has left our office. Please be careful to check that your shipping address is to a secure location where packages will not be lost or stolen. Please watch your tracking confirmation and contact your local carrier for missing packages immediately upon stated delivery.

Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us. Additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.
