Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive it more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We use USPS to ship all packages. Each one of our stamps is made just for you when you order. Our goal is to have your stamps made and shipped within 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the time the order is received. We do strive to get your order to you sooner, but it doesn't always happen. However, you may experience a slight delay when order volumes are higher than usual (promotions, sales, new product releases, holidays, etc.). You will be charged the full amount at the time of your order.
We cannot be responsible for delays that occur with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged once the package has left our office. Crackerbox Stamps DOES include delivery confirmation and order tracking on every order shipping in the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any package once the USPS has accepted and scanned it. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. All wholesale orders pay the full shipping amount.
Customer assumes all risk of delivery once the package has left our office. Please ensure your shipping address is to a secure location where packages will not be lost or stolen. Please check your tracking confirmation and contact your local carrier for missing packages immediately upon the stated delivery date.
Crackerbox Stamps cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address that is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.
Free Shipping applies to the total of stamps and products you buy; it does not include tax or shipping costs.
Gift Certificates
*Are emailed directly to the recipient.
*Coupon codes and sales can NOT be used to purchase gift certificates.
*Not redeemable for cash.
*Expire 6 months from purchase date.
*They may be redeemed on one or more orders until the full amount has been used; however, we will not send updated Gift Certificates.
